  15. The newest Amiga version of GNU Emacs is version 19.25.
  16. It was posted to Aminet some months ago. It is a public beta version
  17. and has several bugs.

  19. AFAIK the only stable version is GNU Emacs 18.59. You can find it
  20. on the Fresh Fish CDs for example.

  22. I recommend that you take a look at FrexxEd. IMO it's the best text editor
  23. available for the Amiga and it comes with a macro that enables
  24. many Emacs keyboard bindings.
